How many locations do you have?

We currently have one location located at 21577 E. Mansfield Drive, Aurora, CO  80013.


For availability and private tour, please contact the office number.


What is your visitation hours?

We encourage visitation hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  We will accommodate visitation arrangements outside of those times by coordinating with the Resident Care Manager by contacting the Mansfield phone number.


What is your resident to staff ratio?

4:1 at all times and 3:1 during the busy times of the day.


Is the staff awake 24/7?

Yes, our staff is awake 24/7.  We take pride in providing 24/7 protective oversight with frequent check up on the residents especially at night.


Do you provide linens and furniture?

Yes, we provide beddings, linens, and furniture.  We will work with the families to accommodate any needs to bring in beddings, linens, and personal furniture.



Do I have to move out?

No.  We will work with your loved one and the family to age in place, including planning and bringing in third party services. 



How frequent is housekeeping maintained?

Beds are made everyday, every morning.  Bedrooms are cleaned everyday.  Laundry is done at least weekly.


How frequent does my loved one shower?

We encourage showering everyday and/or every other day.



What is your food like?

Our food is homemade.  Dietician approved.  Seasonally influenced.  Celebrates food diversity, promoting various cuisines.


Do you provide snacks? Can we bring snacks?

We provide a 24/7 snack and refreshment bar.  You may absolutely bring in favorite snacks for your loved one.



What medical services does Alta Prime Assisted Living offer?

We are not a medical facility and we do not offer any medical services, however, we will work with the families and third party outside services to come in and provide medical services - at the expense of the resident/and their families.


Do I have to take my loved one to the doctor?

We can assist to arrange and have an outside physician come to the home.


Do I have to bring prescription medications?

We contract with a pharmacy that delivers directly to the facility.



What is the cost?

We believe that each resident has very unique and different needs so a thoughtful care planning and assessment are crucial to determine the cost associated with a custom/individualized plan.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Private Pay, VA, and LTC.  *LTC come in many forms. Please make sure that the LTC policy you choose covers assisted living costs.


What items are not covered in the cost?

Third party services like hair and nails services, doctor visits/co-pays and prescription medications.



Can I bring my pet?

This will be reviewed by the administrator at time of the assessment, conditional and dependent on the size and level of care the pet will need.


Do you offer transportation services?

At this time, we do not have a shuttle or transportation service.  We can arrange and coordinate for transportation services as needed.  *Residents may not need to be away with third party services coming in to the home.
